This update is for remote workstation users using PCoIP host cards in blade, rack or tower workstations. The PCoIP Host Software is a collection of drivers and applications that enables Windows to interact with PCoIP Host Processor installed in a host PC/worksation and a PCoIP zero client. The host software driver release 3.3.20 is compatible with zero clients using firmware release 3.3.0 and includes the following new features:
- Support for PCoIP connections between remote workstations with PCoIP host cards and VMware View PCoIP software clients. This feature requires the latest (post 4.5) VMware View release.

When I use my USB wireless scanner I am randomly disconnected from my desktop. USB Scanners use Isochronous transfer which is not supported in the PCoIP V9000 at this time. A new firmware release 3.3.0 is scheduled for release early 2011 which should address USB devices requiring Isochronous transfers.
Do I need any specific type of DVI cable for the monitor? The V9000 only supports DVI (Single Link). You should be able to use DVI-D(Single Link) or DVI-I(Single Link)
When playing a video, the audio is not in sync with the video. Teradici has an updated driver for this issue. This works with VMware View 4.5
A password has been set on the V9000 but we don't know what it is - how can we reset it? To reset the password from the zero client click on Options -> Password -> Reset.
