We’re seeking a full-time
Junior Assistant to join us at the Leicester-based 10ZiG Technology Ltd
European Head Office. You’ll assist the Marketing and Sales department with
varied tasks, including data analysis, tradeshow organisation, email and phone
correspondence with new and existing customers, along with other
clerical/administrative/manual tasks on an ad-hoc basis.
10ZiG Technology is a
solely focused Thin and Zero Client vendor, developing devices for the
commercial IT industry, specifically Desktop Virtualization (VDI) and the
Cloud. Headquartered in Phoenix AZ, 10ZiG also has an EMEA Head office in
Leicester and an office in Sydney, Australia. 10ZiG Technology Ltd have been in
the market for 12+ years, growing year-on-year into the strong position we find

company. We are looking for a candidate who wishes to flourish in a busy but
friendly office environment, developing their own skill-set through both
on-site training and their own initiative.
The successful candidate
will work as part of the Sales and Marketing department to assist in variety of
tasks. These tasks will include but not be limited to, direct phone and email
communication with existing customers/prospects, collating marketing collateral
and its shipment to tradeshows, the recording of leads received from these
events and a range of other ad-hoc clerical/administrative duties. 10ZiG
conduct circa twenty events a year in the UK and in certain circumstances the
candidate may be required to attend as part of the show staff. In the event
this is the case, your travel, accommodation and expenses will be paid for by
communication skills, attention to detail and a good understanding of Microsoft
Office applications, the successful candidate will have a natural aptitude for
the English language, be well mannered and have exceptional spelling and
grammar. Although not essential, any skills, experience or even an interest in
Technology would be advantageous.

This position is 37.5 hours
per week (30 mins per lunch each day). Working weekdays 09:00am-5:00pm with the
occasional flexibility to attend tradeshows if required. Upon successful
completion a three-month probationary period, you will be offered a permanent
contract of employment.
The ideal candidate with
have 5 x GCSE’s with a grade between A-C in mathematics and English. A-Levels
would be advantageous although not essential as long as there is a strong
command of spoken and written English. Ideally the candidate will have been in
employment of some substance during or after their education and so detail of
this would be welcomed.
